Welcome to Flow Imaging and Technologies (FITs)Lab at UMass Dartmouth!

We are broadly interested in fluid dynamic problems at the interface of material, biological, and environmental sciences. We develop advanced optical techniques to characterize fluid and particle motions, and to uncover fundamental flow physics. Our research aims to solve critical energy and environmental issues in our society.
